Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as a HR Partner to the business managers and provide generalist support to all site HR teams to ensure the effective implementation and sustainment of corporate HR policies, processes, and practices;

2. Provide direction in relation to Human Resource Management and directly support achievement

of business strategy within the business unit;

3. Deliver all aspects of HR functions service including talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, C&B, employee engagement, staff relationship and Training and Development;

4. Build up and standardize HR policies & work flows and ensure implementation for all business unit;

5. Initiate and lead necessary optimization HR projects such as staff handbook project, EHS;

6. Manage factory HR teams to implement daily operation, corporate initiatives, and programs with effective communication;

7. Work with C&B to optimize the salary and welfare management;

8. Prepare reports and statistics as required from time to time;

9. Work with Administration team to support factory Administration job.

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree and equivalent.

2. At least 8 years’ HR experience with no less than 5 years in manufacturing and people management responsibilities;

3. Good working knowledge of local labour legislation and regulations;

4. Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.

5. Good command of oral and written English & Mandarin, French is plus.
