·  Testing and assessing our existing product range of wetting and dispersing agent for water-borne industrial coatings; development of new additives

·  Improvement of the application capabilities and implementation of new methods for evaluating industrial coatings

·  Characterization and testing of formulations with the focus on dispersants, wetting agents and additives

·  Test evaluation; preparation of presentation documents

·  Generation of technical documentations

·  Requirements:

·  Chemical laboratory assistant or chemical technician

·  Several years of relevant experience in formulation work in the field of industrial coatings and related test methods

·  Additional knowledge of surface active and polymer-based additives

·  Motivated and flexible working style is important

·  Fluent english skills

·   Interested to work in a global team and to think and work beyond borders
