Essential Function 1: BU strategy implementation
1. New opportunites and/or application exploration under segment strategy
2. Works closely with CC China team on developing and growing new application
3. Sets annual regional sales plans for NBD & drive for annual target delviery
Essential Function 2: New busniess development
1. Develops sales and service concepts to generate opportunities in new application in Cosmetic/Pharma/HomeCare
2. Develops & executes a business plan with sales team, including customer segmentation, and value proposition
3. Visits customers to assist with new product launches, products presentations, & market intelligence gathering
Essential Function 3: Project management
1. In collaboration with technical to initiate new products/solution development 2
. Looks for external collaboration opportunities, incl. performance data development activities... Etc
