Synopsis:
As a Recruitment Supervisor at EF English First Kids & Teens, you will be an EF ambassador to potential candidates, internal partners and other external parties, and is a highly regarded business partner for internal business units that she provides recruitment service for all departments.

    

The role:

    

The Recruitment Supervisor will cover the recruitment of positions in Guangzhou, including CV screening, conducting telephone interviews and face to face interviews, arranging interviews for line managers and so on. Also, she will support the daily work to the Recruitment Managers.

You have/are:

    

·         Bachelor’s degree, Human Resource related major is preferred

    

·         Strong English and Chinese written and verbal communication skills

    

·         High level of professional maturity as demonstrated in personal appearance, conduct, and all spoken and written interactions.

    

·         Ability to manage multiple assignments, could work in high pressure  

    

·         At least 5 years of relevant working experience in recruitment, know well of recruitment channels, tools and process

    

·         Proficiency in computer application such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
