5年以上选址经验

BD Manager

The Role

BD Manager is responsible for all processes prior to the signing of the lease agreement of EF Centres. This includes regional market research, site selection and lease negotiation.

You can deliver projects on-time and on-budget

Key Requirements

Bachelor degree or above

Familiar with the estate market in the region

5 years or above solid site selection experience

Outstanding network and resource, know well of local market, prefer various background from different industry
