1、及时、有效的审核、录入国外及国内定单；

2、对定单在流转过程中各环节的有效跟进；项目样品的全程主导跟进；

3、处理项目客户的各类查询、投诉；

4、项目进度表的统计、汇总；

5、其他相关事宜。

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历；

2、英语、国贸等相关专业，口语良好；

3、1年以上国外客服或外贸相关工作经验，优秀应届毕业生也可；

4、积极主动，以结果为导向；

5、有阿里巴巴外贸经验优先。
