任职资格：

1、大专以上学历，1年以上网店运营工作经验，有阿里巴巴、亚马逊Amazon、谷歌Google等平台运营工作经验者优先考虑；

2、创意思维活跃，对市场变化敏感，洞察力强，善于抓住重点和卖点；

3、具有较强的数据分析能力及商品活动策划能力；

4、具有良好的理解能力、沟通意愿和团队合作精神，了解网络购物市场及网购群体消费习惯；

5、工作责任心强，抗压能力好，服从领导安排，具有良好的职业素养；

6、逻辑思维清晰，计划性、条理性好，能把控全局；

7、熟悉网店运营规则，了解多种网店平台运营模式，熟悉各类网店的推广工具及模式。

岗位职责：

1、负责阿里巴巴、亚马逊、谷歌等平台的日常运营及推广；

2、每天及时上架产品，并跟踪销售情况进行在线产品的优化；

3、监控网店每日数据，分析店铺流量结构，及时提出营销改进措施；

4、负责活动策划、提报、执行、效果分析等工作，提升店铺点击率及排名优化；

5、负责竞争对手促销策略的分析和总结；

6、根据产品库存、产品流行趋势、平台活动等进行调整店铺主打产品；

7、发掘及维护新老会员关系，提高店铺会员的黏性，持续改善店铺服务。

Guangzhou Fusa Liner Co., Ltd., founded in 2009, is specialized in manufacturing engine cylinder liner. We are using world leading technology(e.g. USA INDUCYOTHERM melting furnace, multistage centrifugal foundry production line and Germany NAGEL honing machine, CNC processing, external cylindrical grinded casting liner production line as well as world leading measure detection equipment) and new high performance materials so as to meet strict environmental emission requirement from engine manufacturers all around the world.
