We are looking for human resources administrators to support our human resources department. You will be the first contact for employees and external partners for HR related queries.
Your main administrative responsibilities include maintaining personnel records, managing personnel documents (for example, employment records and entry guides), and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience in human resource procedures and can handle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
You will also be responsible for the employment visa application and extension of our foreign employees in China.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that our human resources department supports our employees while complying with labor laws.

?Can handle the work of human resources administrators, salary accounting and human resources daily work
? Recruit new employees and handle position selection documents and paperwork.
? Work according to requirements and search for candidates based on the skills required by JD.
? Can search for candidates from job portals such as 51jobs, com, LinkedIn and Monster
? Good hands-on experience in MS-Excel and MS-Word.
? Organize and maintain personnel records
?Prepare human resources documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides
? Modify company policy
? Liaise with external partners such as insurance partners and ensure legal compliance
? Create regular reports and presentations on human resource indicators (such as churn rate)
? Answer questions from employees about human resources related issues
? Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (for example, leave, sick leave and work schedule)
? Arrange travel accommodation and process fee forms

?Computer literacy (especially MS Office applications)
? Comprehensive understanding of labor law
? Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize important projects
