任职要求

· 精通Java、Python、c++、c#或类似语言

· 2年以上软件领导开发工作经验

· 具备CI/CD、Jenkins和测试驱动开发经验

· 熟悉公共云托管服务(Azure/AWS/GCP)

· 熟悉Linux/MacOS开发环境

· 有团队协作代码库工作经验

· 具备良好的编码风格

· 参与代码检查

· 良好的沟通技巧

· 有强烈的愿望成为我们团队中有影响力的贡献者

· 愿意与不同地区的同事跨时区紧密合作

· 熟练粤语和英语者更佳

Responsibilities

· Technical mentor and advisor to the development team.

· Design and develop software products from the early stages through to production.

· Provide feedback to managers, customers and partners.

· Maintain documentation of processes in area of responsibility.

· Collaborate within a global team to implement best of breed technologies and provide support.

· Develop and maintain coding standards and practices.

· Design, test, and support server infrastructure per capacity demands of our software.

· Deliver high quality, well-designed, maintainable solutions in an agile environment.

· Provide support and work with geographically distributed internal development team and 3rd party vendors and partners across the globe.

· Effectively manage assigned tasks to support on-time feature and product delivery.

· Coordinate and collaborate with the Technical Director and team to manage scope, risk, and timelines, effectively communicating decisions to the team.

· Contribute to technical planning, architecture decisions and solving emergent technical challenges.

· Ensure projects meet performance, security and functional requirements.

· Guide the development of tools and infrastructure to enable and rapid iteration and improve process.

· Advocate for improvements in code and culture.

· Prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

· In-depth knowledge in Java, Python, C++, C# or similar language.

· At least 2 years of experience in a software development leadership role.

· Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, and test-driven development.

· Familiar with public cloud hosting services (Azure/AWS/GCP).

· Familiar with Linux/MacOS development environments.

· Experience working in collaborative codebases in a team environment.

· Experience writing and maintain consistent, readable, developer-friendly code.

· Participate in code reviews.

· Strong communication skills.

· Possess a strong desire to be an impactful contributor on our team.

· Bachelor`s degree in computer science or related field.

· Must be willing to work in Orlando, FL and to work closely with different time zones around the globe.

· English/Cantonese language a plus.
