职位描述
Role Title: Software Engineering Manager
Business: IT Infrastructure Delivery
Role Purpose / Description:
This role will support global Windows Protection Services, elements of which require change / support activity to be carried outside of normal working hours, including weekends.
Working within the team, the successful candidate will be required to:
? Perform 3rd Line Support of the Windows protection services listed above 24 x 5 Monday – Friday shift cover* and weekend on call support via team rota. *China shifts at present are only covering Shift 1 09:00 - 18:00, however the following shifts may be required dependant on business requirements shift 2 13:30 – 22:30 local time & shift 3 cover 20:30 – 05:30).
? Pune India team cover Shift 2, however dependant on business need is subject to change.
? Work with team members, other IT departments and vendors to ensure security products are up to date and compliant.
? Plan and manage projects to implement new or upgrade existing security services.
? Interpret ISR Policies to ensure that final designs are compliant.
? Create centralised global reporting to prove adherence to compliance policies.
? Manage/Support Vendor Relationships where required.
? Mandate to take shift and FF call in turn with teammates

? Knowledge of Windows Protection tools preferably MDC (Mcafee Device Control) & ePO (ePolicy Orchestator) 5.9/5.10, McAfee EndPoint Protection, McAfee Agent,McAfee Disk Encryption, McAfee Device Control, Lumension Device Control, Symantec DLP, Microsoft Applocker, Windows Defender Microsoft Bitlocker and Zero Day Anti Malware protection.
? Knowledge of Windows 7/8/10, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Active directory and GPO
? Knowledge of scripting - VB script, PowerShell, Python
? Proven experience supporting Windows Desktop or Server Operating systems to an intermediate level of technical expertise including good technical design and implementation skills.
? Proven ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly
? Find logical solutions to problems and manage to resolution.
? A good understanding of service management techniques, including change management and incident management.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills.
? Proven ability to prioritise competing demands.
? Third Party vendor relationship management
? A flexible approach to working
? Proficient in English language.
? A strong desire to self-develop.
