? 5+ years experience working in an manufacturing company with strong

focus on welding middle sized and big parts – working in an foreign

company is a plus

? Experience with SAP/R3

? good command with MS office, CAD, Pro-E, UG

? Very familiar with welding process, part drawings for fabrication, as well as

welding standards according to ASME, EN, chinese standards is a must

? Hands on mentality

? beside mandarin, English in oral and written is a must, Cantonese is a

Plus

Responsibilities:

? Lead and guide a small group of people in regard of design process

for welding, cost reduction, fixture design to fulfill international

quality requirements

? Develop the group in a manner to have the maximum value added

? Optimize manufacturing processes according to state of the art
