我们的客户是一家专业从事陶瓷卫生洁具及其相关配套产品的研发、生产、销售、服务等综合性的大型企业。在主产区均拥有大型生产基地，有陶瓷厂、木柜厂、五金厂、配套物流、贸易子公司等下属企业（6家）集团有限公司。

工作地点：佛山或上海

岗位职责：

1. 分析与研究产品和用户的相关信息，如用户增长、信息增加、用户行为等，以数据（产品数据、用户反馈数据）为驱动了解产品和用户，制定用户可持续增长策略，促进用户的增长和活跃度；提出产品的需求规划和用户体验改进整体需求 。
2. 与产品、研发测试团队密切合作，以激活、留存和转化为导向制定流量策略，从用户生命周期角度运营用户，联合维护用户活跃、激活沉默用户，针对不用用户类型设计有效激励机制，提升活跃度和留存率及用户重复使用率；
3. 建立规模化运营机制，负责用户运营数据的采集及分析，深入分析用户行为，提升用户对产品的认知及忠诚度，提高业务增长。
4. 建立和完善用户增长相关的数据探索工具，提升业务效率；

统筹业务、产品、研发等各方资源和流程，高效执行快速推进落地。

岗位需求：

1. 5-8年互联网电商/家电、家居、家具行业产品运营工作经验，有丰富的增长、裂变和转化经验；
2. 有极强的好奇心和探索欲望，抗压性强，具备独立带领运营团队能力；
3. 对跟踪和推进指标富有热情，乐于学习、善于分析思考，追求创造性地解决问题；
4. 对互联网产品有自己见解，掌握数据分析方法，能够提出产品及用户的策略建议；

5.本科及以上学历，有知名互联网企业产品相关运营经验者优先。
