1、按照主厨菜单准备食材；辅助主厨烹饪，出餐。
2、统计每日消耗，及时向主厨汇报缺漏。
3、保持厨房卫生。

1 会基础刀工，熟悉食材种类。
2有粤菜餐厅或者茶餐厅工作经验一年以上，多种风格餐厅工作经验者优先考虑。
3懂得基础酱汁调配与摆盘，对食品安全卫生有严格要求。
