  Specific Role Description

• Setting up the Process and Tools for software requirements

• Maintenance of software requirements infrastructure

• Software requirements related user management

• Formal review of software requirements

• Leading the software requirements build meeting

• Prioritizing the software requirements in cooperation with the software project manager

• Creating the software requirements baseline for further development steps and test

• Communicating the software requirements to stakeholder for further development steps and test

• Preparing the project setup and tools to start with software requirements activities

• Identifying of software requirements sources (system requirements, system architecture, customer specification and standards related to software system).

• Investigating software requirements change requests

• Elicitation and derivation of requirements

• Documentation of requirements

• Analysis and categorization of requirements

 Specific Role Tasks

• More than 3 Years’ Experience of Software development on Automotive 
•  Advanced knowledge and experience in techniques and tools of requirements engineering and management  
• Advanced knowledge and experience in automotive software and system, (e.g. CAN, UDS, Microchip, ECU and so on
• Rich Knowledge of AUTOSAR  
• Rich Knowledge of functional safety standards (e.g. ISO 26262, IEC 61508)  
• Rich Knowledge of Automotive SPICE (e.g. ISO 15504)  Basic Knowledge of project management  Knowledge of ALM Tools (e.g. PTC Integrity) and requirement management tool (Doors) is preferred  
• Communication skills, Conflict resolution skills, Self-confidence, Persuasiveness, Moderation skills
