岗位职责:

1.负责临床医疗人员的执业注册与执业考试管理，管理医师权限；

To be responsible for the Registration of medical practitioners and  examination of practicing doctors' qualifications of clinical medical personnel, and to manage the authority of doctors;

2.负责多点执业医师的专业档案建立、证照备案、授权、监督、考评管理、持续沟通及医师个人事务处理协调等；

Responsible for the establishment of professional files, registration of licenses, authorization, supervision, evaluation management, continuous communication and coordination of doctors' personal affairs

3.负责非执业会诊医师库的建立，以及医师的联系与沟通、会诊安排；

Responsible for the establishment of a library of non-practicing consultation doctors, as well as the contact and communication of doctors, consultation arrangements etc .;

4.建立并持续优化医师管理政策与管理模式，制定并持续优化医师个人品牌管理模型与医师绩效管理模型，开展医师绩效评估；

Establish and continuously optimize physician management policies and modes, develop and continuously optimize physician personal brand management model and physician performance management model, and conduct physician performance evaluation;

5.组织临床人员（护理人员除外）岗前培训、在职培训和继续教育，组织各类学术活动，如学术会议、讲座、病例讨论等；

Organize pre-service training, on-the-job training and continuing education for clinical staff (except nursing staff), and organize various academic activities, such as academic conferences, lectures, case discussions, etc.;

6.组织临床人员职称考试/评审；

 Organize professional title examination/review of clinical staff;

任职资格:

1.本科及以上学历，临床医学相关专业；

2.有5年以上医院医疗管理岗工作经验，其中至少3年以上同类岗位管理经验；熟悉医师执业和职称管理相关政策和流程，熟悉医师执业模式，对医师执业发展渠道有清晰认识；

3.具备优秀的沟通、表达、谈判技巧，有较强的组织思维能力及分析能力，善于制定各种制度及计划、组织指挥与协调能力；

广州泰和肿瘤医院（GCCC）坐落于广州市黄埔区中新广州知识城，是一家按照国内三级肿瘤专科医院标准、以及国际***医疗机构标准来建设的癌症防治中心。医院致力于打造医疗技术高地和医学人文高地，以国际诊疗规范为肿瘤患者提供包括质子治疗在内的放疗、化疗、手术的多学科诊疗服务。医院建成之后将有400余张病床，医护人员800余人，建设目标是在广州创立一个具备临床诊疗、癌症预防、医学研究、专科培训、远程会诊的 “五位一体” 的国际化癌症中心，造福广大肿瘤患者。
GCCC于2010年获批入围《广东省现代产业500强项目》，设置肿瘤内科、肿瘤外科、放疗中心（含质子治疗系统等）等临床科室。2021年5月获得医疗执业许可证，2021年6月全面投入运营；总投资超过30亿元人民币。
