Job description

  

Maintain and handover shipping data including client’s purchase order data to destination offices and clients timely and accurately via Cargowise & Ligentix system according to each clients’ SOP

  

根据不同客人的标准操作流程要求及时准确地录入运输数据以及客人订单数据于CW系统及Ligentix 系统并递交至目的港同事及客人。

  

Upload full set shipping documents into system

  

上传完整货运文件至系统

  

Coordinate with oversea partners, destination offices if any docs/data related issues

  

任何文件或数据相关问题，及时与国外代理或目的港同事沟通

  

Follow up late pre-alert/relevant docs cases

  

跟进国外代理迟提供预报文件相关事宜

  

Tracing shipment status closely and report to related parties if any issues

  

及时跟踪货物动态，如有问题及时报告

  

Handle process/system queries (Ligentix/Cargowise) from overseas partners/offices

  

处理国外代理或分公司同事相关系统使用等问题

  

Input carrier/co-loader buy rates for autorating and follow up if any issues

  

录入船东或同行合约价以确保自动计价功能运行并跟进相关问题

  

Report if any relevant operational procedure issues to ensure partners follow as required.

  

发现代理相关操作流程问题及时报告以确保代理按约定要求操作我司承运货物

  

Keep checking progress and ensure complete all processes on time.

  

随时关注工作进程，确保及时准确完成各步骤

  

我们期待的你：

  

College graduated or above

  

大专或以上

  

CET 4, good at reading and writing in English

  

英文四级或以上， 具备一定的英文读写能力， 可与国外代理或国外同事邮件沟通

  

Knowledge or experience of Freight Forwarding is preferred

  

有货代行业基础知识或工作经验者优先

  

Experience with logistics system, preferably Cargowise

  

有货代操作系统尤其是Cargowise使用经验者优先

  

Ability to use basic computer softwares including Excel, Outlook essential skills

  

熟悉excel，outlook使用

  

Good organizational and time-management skills

  

良好的组织能力和时间管理能力

  

Detail oriented
