-    负责实施机械设备的计划及日常检修，并执行修后设备能力验证及记录；

-    负责机械设备运行状态监测检查（包括振动、温度、压力、壁厚等）并记录；并根据设备状态监测及使用情况，进行设备状态识别，异常时及时向上级报告；

-    负责机械设备的预防维护保养，定期进行检查、清洁、润滑、消缺，并记录；

-    负责新购机械设备、设备备件、管道阀门等的开箱检查及入库性能测试检查，并记录；

-    负责新设备的安装及安装后性能测试验收，包括设备基础准备、安装吊装、组装、清洗、加油、空试及运行负荷试车，并记录；

-    负责公司建筑物、构筑物、道路、地下管网等基础设施的维护、检修，保证其始终处于良好使用状态；

-    负责自动化灌装线和高架库的维护、维保及日常故障处理；

-    执行每日巡检制度，及时发现设备隐患并采取措施进行处理，不能处理时及时上报；

-    执行 “应修必修、修必修好”的原则，工作现场的作业环境、安全设施、设备工器具必须满足文明施工的要求，做到“工完料尽场地清”；

-    严格遵守公司安全管理制度，牢固树立“安全***”的思想，认真落实检修中各项安全措施要求，确保作业人员和设备安全；

-    积极参加班组事故事件分享，勇于制止违章违纪等不良行为；

-    服从上级的工作安排，积极主动，认真负责。

任职资格：

-    具备机械或机电一体化专业大专以上学历；

-    至少五年以上化工厂相关工作经验，具备自动化流水线维修经验者优先；

-    会使用电脑及基本办公软件；

-    良好的服务意识和沟通协调能力；

-    健康强壮的体魄。

工作环境：

-     生产车间及维修车间；

-     一定程度的体力劳动；

-     白班或倒班制工作。
