Job Duties:

Provide packaging design / concepts for new product based on product brief within the required timeline and budget

Packaging design for new product and update existing packaging proposals

Improve packaging for current products for better container utilization and quality assurance

Validate packaging in production and site protection

Create and manage SOP to make sure it is always suitable for production

Continues improvement and cost down proposals in relation with packaging

Providing technical packaging support to internal and external technical work

Provide packaging costs for new product

Develop substitute material for packaging to improve quality and reduce cost

Complete other job required by department manager

Requirements

College degree or above in packaging engineering

At least 3 years working experience in packaging structure design, familiar with various packaging structural design and technology, familiar with new product packaging design and development process;

Proficient in packaging design I.T. software, such as AI, CorelDRAW, CAD

Experience in kitchen products industry will be an advantage

Experience in working with local packers is preferred

Experience in process improvement to effectively work with colleagues and management team

Ability to work under tight schedule, and with cross functional teams
