1. Manage HSE internal and external HSE issues in GUA location管理广州工厂的内外部的HSE事务

2. Responsible to oversee implementation and assure alignment & compliance of the HSE function in according with Valmet globe HSE policy, strategy and performance targets as well as local legislation.根据Valmet Global的健康、安全和环境政策、战略和绩效目标以及当地法律，负责监督健康、安全和环境职能的实施，并确保其一致性和合规性。

3. Maintain communication and develop reasonable work relationship with relative local authorities and professional bodies in HSE domain. 与当地有关部门和专业机构保持沟通，建立合理的工作关系。

4. Maintain ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 system in plant and follow Valmet globe HSE policy and strategy遵循Valmet Globe的HSE政策和战略，维护ISO14001和OHSAS18001管理体系的运行，

5. Regular environmental impact and risk identification for plant operation together with HSE legislation compliance monitoring, and involve in HSE issues for new and/or rebuilt investment projects, action plans propose and finalize for identified major issues 例行环境影响和风险因素辨识，以及健康、安全和环境法规合规性监测，参与新改扩项目的健康、安全和环境问题，针对已识别的重大问题提出并确定行动计划。

6. Lead and/or follow up the actions to ensure targets are reached。领导和/或跟进行动，确保达到目标

7. Coordinate parties for plant internal and external HSE auditing and follow up of corrective and preventive actions for audit findings 协调工厂内部和外部HSE审核各方，跟踪审核结果的纠正和预防措施。

8. Collect monthly, quarterly, and annual HSE indicators, prepare and submit reports in time 收集月度、季度和年度HSE指标，及时编制和提交报告。

9. Lead plant HSE regular checking and follow up corrections. 领导工厂的HSE定期检查和跟踪纠正。

10. Prepare the annual HSE training plan both for Valmet employees and subcontractors and implement it 为Valmet员工和分包商制定年度HSE培训计划，并加以实施。

11. Participate in the investigation of HSE accidents and near misses, take corrective actions and follow up 参与对HSE事故和未遂事件的调查，采取纠正措施并跟进

12. Coordinate and communicate with all departments to ensure effective implementation of HSE procedures与各部门协调沟通，确保有效执行HSE程序。

13. Intervene, or even suspend activities that present unacceptable risks to plant干预或暂停对工厂造成不可接受风险的活动。

任职资格：

1. Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Project Management or other equivalent majors. 全日制大学本科及以上学历，安全工程、工程管理及相关专业。

2. Minimum 5 years full time HSE experience. Capability to organize HSE work in daily operations in production and workshop 5年以上专职HSE工作经历，具备在生产现场组织HSE 日常工作的能力。

3. Familiar with ISO14001 and OHSAS18001熟悉ISO14001和OHSAS18001等管理体系

4. Familiar with local regulations and laws which are related HSE requirement熟悉当地HSE相关的法律法规

5. Good understanding of project operations and contractor management 有丰富的项目现场管理经验和承包商管理经验。

6. Good English written and reading, fluent verbal English communication is preferred 良好的英文读写能力，可进行口语沟通更加。
