【岗位职责】

1. 协助销售团队关于产品推广和品牌宣传等工作；

2. 参与销售计划的制定和实施，提出有效及合理的销售建议；

3. 协助销售人员执行市场销售计划，努力开拓市场，完善所属客户支持及管理工作，推行规范客户服务，与客户建立良好关系，宣传和维护公司形象；

4. 协助销售人员执行销售合同的制定、产品发货等工作；

5. 学习对所负责区域的销售数据进行分析，收集市场相关信息；

6. 向公司反映客户提出的问题并协助及时解决；

7. 完成部门内部的沟通协调工作。

【任职要求】

1. 大专以上学历，专业不限，英语综合能力好优先考虑；

2. 优秀的英语听说读写能力，可以用邮件及电话与海外客户进行有效的沟通；

3. 具备良好的沟通能力，乐意并尽快熟悉电话、网络销售或客户服务的业务模式；

4.性格开朗，工作积极热情，踏实肯干，具备良好的抗压能力及团队协作能力；

5. 具备较强的客户服务意识。
