Role- Sr. Director – Field Services

Roles:

KRA -

- BPO delivery preferably with service desk

- Understands Field Services environment

- Ability to manage Vendors

- P&L accountability 20M USD

Responsibilities

• Direct, Manage and Oversee field services delivery activities for China; and ensure all field service projects are completed within budget / deadline to meet customer needs
• Strong knowledge of the BPO delivery space, preferably on the Service Desk space.
• Strong knowledge of the Field Services Management Lifecycle including defining the Service Delivery Model and he Infrastructure necessary to support that model.
• Understands field services environment including infrastructure deployment, integration services, and hardware support.
• Plan & develop policies and procedures for onsite installation, testing, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Work closely with the business leaders and their teams to meet business requirements; engage with the client to support application needs and build capabilities depends on business priority
• Manage Solution Architects that provide both architectural governance and solutioning capability
