岗位职责：                                                              

1、负责接待客户日常来电来函咨询，并详细记录客户的需求信息；

2、负责解答客户疑惑，引导客户购买适合的产品；

3、负责为客户提供产品咨询，并且准确无误地宣传公司产品和服务；

4、按时保质的完成公司要求的各项其他工作。

岗位要求：

1、熟悉互联网，有较强的语言沟通能力；

2、做事认真负责，态度温和，性格开朗，抗压能力强。
