岗位职能：

1.负责淘宝店铺基础维护；

2.通过旺旺在线聊天工具在线导购，解答顾客对产品的疑问，接待客户，促成订单成交。  

3.处理淘宝网店日常事务，包括网络留言回复、订单管理，到货跟踪、评价管理、售后服务等工作；

4.主动了解客户需求，掌握沟通技巧，跟客户进行有效的沟通；

5.定期维护客户关系，促进互动与销售。

任职资格： 

1.有淘宝店铺运营经验优先；

2.有良好的心理素质和优秀的沟通能力；

3.对淘宝基本操作熟悉，条理清晰，思维敏捷，可同时应对多位客户咨询沟通；

4.有良好的服务意识与团队精神，对顾客有耐心，有爱心，服务态度好；

5.诚实、细心、主动，并有较强的团队合作性。
