Job Responsibility
1. Responsible for sourcing new suppliers and work with R&D to qualify new suppliers according to sourcing and company strategy;
2. Negotiate with suppliers on cost, delivery performance, quality assurance and payment terms;
3. Understand global market and supply chain situation by benchmarking on assigned commodities and execute the strategy for supply base optimization;
4. Support R&D for new projects development and release sample order for new projects as required and define contract with suppliers;
5. Coordinate the communication between internal customer and suppliers; support internal departments on solving delivery, quality and payment issues as required;
6. Take ad hoc assignments from Sourcing Manager.

1. 配合采购部和公司的战略策略要求，寻找新的供应商，并且和研发部门一起对供应商进行认可；
2. 与供应商协商价格，交货方式，质量保证和付款方式等商务事宜；
3. 对于所管理的物料种类，了解其全球市场信息和供应链状况以及市场价格水平。执行优化供应商体系的相关策略；
4. 协助研发部跟进新项目，按要求下达新项目需要的样品订单，并和供应商确立采购合同；
5. 协调公司里各部门和供应商的沟通工作，并按协助公司内各部门解决交货，质量和付款等相关问题；
6. 完成采购开发经理安排的其他任务。

Job Requirement
1. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in engineering or technical background;
2. Experience: More than 5 years working experience in sourcing and also has global sourcing experience. Previous experiences in automotive and other well-structured and international companies are preferable;
3. Knowledge: Good at Computer use, Windows software, Office Package; Good knowledge of SAP management system is preferable; Good knowledge on mechanical, rubber and plastic components is a plus.
4. Languages: Fluent English in both oral and written.

4. 良好的办公软件使用技能；

7. 英语听说读写能力精通。
