Responsibilities：

1.      Responsible for data collection and analysis of retail channel, inventory and sales data collection from distributors and all sales channel.

2.      Set up the standard data framework and model, connect with regional sales team to combine sales date and keep to check and monitor.

3.      Responsible for draft out the sales policy for headquarter, connect with other departments to deal with sales date.

4.      Responsible for developing sales SOP process, including from planning to implementation process.

Requirements：

1.        Bachelor degree,

2.        More than 8 years working experience in sales analysis function of FMCG industry.

3.        Solid experience and deep understanding on business operation.  

4.        Sharp sense of interpreting figures and strong capability& skills of data analysis. 

5.        Balance between result and process, accountability to facilitate decision making data/plan to HQ Sales Leader Team.

6.        Experience on DMS/SFE/TPM system setup/training and maintain.

7.        Ability to handle complex and matrix relationship with internal and external partners, for Data collecting as well as monitoring.

8.        Strong communication skills.

9.        Fluent English is a plus.
