1.通过多种渠道挖掘潜在客户，收集分析客户信息。

2.做好家长及学生的跟踪、回访等对接服务，收集汇总相关信息并上报。

3.根据招生计划安排，落实招生计划，完成每月、每季度最低招生及招生指标。

4.做好咨询登记工作，通过各种方式对客户疑问进行解答。

5.邀约目标客户参观和参加试课活动，做好体验后的攻单跟踪，促成签约，达成招生       

目标。

6.接待家长并对孩子进行全面测试和分析，促成孩子入学，办理入学报名工作。

7.协助招生部门做好推广和市场活动。

8.完成与招生工作相关的数据信息统计、汇总和管理。

9.完成上级领导交办的临时工作任务。

任职资格：

1.专业不限，大专及以上学历，一年以上教育咨询行业工作经验。

2.具有一定营销知识。

3.具有较强的销售咨询能力、人际交往能力、应变协调能力。

4.具备较好的服务意识，工作细致认真、谨慎细心、责任心强。

5.具备团队合作精神。

     

 薪酬与福利

1. 工作时间：8：30-17：30，中间休息一小时，周末双休（如周末有招生市场活动除外，后续会有补休安排）；

2. 福利：五险一金、餐饮补贴、通讯补贴、员工旅游、定期体检、职业培训、团建活动；

3. 薪酬面议：基本工资4-6k/月（薪资根据应聘者具体面试情况而定）；提成奖金：5000元/新生
