岗位职责:

1. 总体负责分公司及营销服务部（SSC）营销员渠道培训工作
2. 根据分公司业绩要求提供培训以及营销活动/会议等组织支持
3. 分公司层面Train-The-Trainer的实施和认证，发展***讲师队伍
4. 确保分公司培训符合监管机构和总部要求
5. 分公司培训计划的制定、执行和回顾
6. 定期提交培训统计报告和数据统计
7. 其他主管交代的工作

任职资格:

1. 至少8年金融行业销售及销售管理经验，其中至少5年以上培训及培训管理经验，寿险行业经验优先考虑
2. 熟练掌握销售培训技能、课程开发和讲授技能，对营销员销售模式和培训需求有深刻理解
3. 熟练掌握办公软件
4. 掌握必须的英文沟通技能，包含书面语和口语
