Job Description

Manage and lead all marketing efforts, including:

1. Marketing Strategy & Tactics

1.1 Strategy –collaborate with sales manager to update and improve marketing

plan and overall strategy to meet ongoing company sales targets

1.2 Tactics – plan the day to day tactics in various marketing channels to meet the goals of

the overall strategy

2. Online Marketing

2.1 Email Marketing – list creation and update; regular newsletter collation; monitoring related KPIs

2.2 Content Marketing –creation and update of editorial calendar, supervising copywriters, conducting

research on potential topics, promoting content on multiple platforms, etc.

3 Marketing Materials – responsible for the upkeep and optimization of:

3.1 Company presentations

3.2 Product and company photography

3.3 Sales materials

3.4 Company VI

4 Company Website

4.1 Web Design – periodically update and improve website design and content

4.2 SEO – cooperate with outside vendors to consistently monitor and improve company’s ranking

5 Marketing Data & Reporting

5.1 Monitoring key marketing KPIs (lead generation, unique website hits, content engagement, etc.)

5.2 Performing periodic analysis of trends and providing advice and next steps to sales management

on how to improve performance

Qualification:

1. College degree，major in international marketing，international business or sales & Marketing

is preference

2. 5 years’ experience in B2B international marketing (domestic experience okay, but must have several years’ international)

3. Industrial or service-based marketing backgrounds is preference

4. Experience in content marketing, email marketing, LinkedIn, social media marketing

5. Business Fluent English speaker (TEM-8+)

6. Overseas education or living experience

工作职责：

管理和领导所有市场营销工作：

1. 营销战略与策略

1.1战略: 协助销售经理，更新和改进市场计划和总体战略，以达到公司的持续销售目标

1.2.策略:规划各营销渠道的日常策略，以达到总体战略的目标

2.网络营销

2.1电子邮件营销——创建和更新列表;定期简报整理;监控相关kpi

2.2内容营销——编辑日历的创作和更新，文案的监督，潜在话题的研究，多平台推广内容等。

3. 营销材料-负责以下材料的维护和优化:

3.1公司展示

3.2产品及公司照片

3.3销售材料

3.4公司VI

4.公司网站

4.1网站设计——定期更新和改进网站设计和内容

4.2 SEO搜索引擎优化-与外部供应商合作，持续监控并提高公司的排名

5.市场数据及报告

5.1监控关键营销KPI(潜在客户生成; 独特的网站点击率, 内容参与率, 等)

5.2定期进行趋势分析，就如何提高业绩向销售管理提供建议及下一步措施

工作要求：

1. 大专以上学历，国际市场营销、国际商务或市场营销专业优先

2. 5年B2B国际营销经验

3. 有工业或服务营销背景者优先

4. 内容营销，电子邮件营销，Linkedin, 社交媒体营销相关工作经验

5. 商务英语流利(专业八级以上)

6. 海外教育或生活经历
