工作职责：

- 完成海外自营门店每天营业收入对账；

- 核对门店各项收款方式，确保门店收银入账准确性规范性，及时跟进门店收银差异；

- 追踪门店现金营业额及时上存，确保资金回笼；

- 对联营店铺出具店铺每月收入统计表，与外部完成销售对账、费用核对并开具发票；

- 完成门店各项收银数据统计并编制收款凭证；

- 每月初编制应收账款账龄分析，及时上报特殊情况并跟进逾期账款催收；

任职资格：

- 财会大专毕业，有零售行业相关经验优先考虑；

- 熟悉EXCEL操作、熟练运用常用函数进行数据处理，能独立完成岗位基础工作；

- 通过英语六级考试，能用英语作为工作语言；

- 工作主动、耐心、细心，适应能力强，并能承受一定工作压力；

- 性格开朗、善于沟通，富有团队精神，愿意承担更多责任。

Responsibilities:

- Check the daily sales for overseas shops and reconcile to bank-in record;

- Check the tender by shop and follow up on discrepancy to ensure the correctness of POS transactions;

- Keep track of the bank-in of cash receipt from store to company bank account;

- Reconcile the sales statement from landlord to system record, prepare and send out monthly sales invoice to landlord;

- Post journal entries related to retail sales account receivable and cash collection;

- Prepare balance sheet review schedule and aging analysis for sales receivable, customer deposit;

Qualifications

- Major in finance and accounting with working experience in retail sales reconciliation preferred;

- Excellent MS-Office knowledge, especially proficient in MS Excel data processing;

- Pass CET-6, can use English as a working language;

- Self-motivated, independent, performance driven and able to work under pressure;

- A team worker with communication skills, willing to take more responsivities.
