ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK

    

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Providing support on issuing of Payment notices to customers for tuition and bus fees ensuring correct fees are applied and discounts provided if appropriate
• Invoicing for EAL required
• Collecting registration fees and deposits for new students.
• Issuing of Fapiaos to customers
• Checking customer receipts to bank statements and bank remittances.
• Maintaining Sales ledger information on Finance software
• Following up on outstanding fees
• Liaising with Admissions department over Pupil numbers and status.
• Involved in collection of sundry income such as pupil trips and music tuition
• Provide support to cashier, accountant and other team member when needed.
• Other tasks assigned by the Fianance Manager

                                            

    

QUALIFICATIONS:

    

-     Bachelor degree in accounting or other related major, but not necessary  

-     Good command of English, both verbal and written  

-     Familiar with office software 

-     Be proactive and a team player
