·      3-5 years’ sourcing and project management experience with increasing responsibility, global experience preferred

·      Capability of following a project from initial design stages through to its completion

·      Ability to work using their own initiative

·      Organized, self-motivated and team player

·      Developed and tracked budgets previously

·      Effective decision making skills

·      Proven record of excellent communication skills

·      Proven record in contract negotiation

·      Excellent organisation and prioritization skills

·      Outstanding written and spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)

·      Ability to demonstrate previous sourcing and project management success

·      Bachelors in Business Administration and/or English

·      Experience in the home furnishings or design industry

·        Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, outlook and ability to understand floor plans, product drawings and mud maps (understanding of Sketch up and CAD beneficial)
