职位描述

We are specialist foreign direct investment practice, providing legal, audit, and tax services to multinationals investing in China, Hong Kong, India & Vietnam.

Established in 1992, we are a leading Asia Regional practice with sixteen offices in these jurisdictions, employing 170 legal, accounting and audit professionals.

Both our accounting and law departments are seeking for interns who can meet our requirements as below:

Accounting Intern

1. Fluency in both written and spoken English as a MUST and strong PC skills;
2. University degree in accounting, tax or finance, solid knowledge of accounting regulations and tax law under PRC is preferred;
3. Able to practice under pressure, with strong sense of learning;
4. Independent, self-motivated;
5. Good communication and team work spirit.

Law Study Intern

1. Graduate from well-known law school in PRC;
2. Bachelor degree or above;
3. Fluent spoken and written English;
4. Good communication skills;
