职位描述

Job description

1. Prepare PRC accounting books and reports for the clients from overseas in accordance with PRC regulations and ensure all accounting treatment in compliance with PRC laws;
2. Prepare PRC tax filings for the clients and assist on taxation advisories;
3. Prepare US/IFRS reports/internal management reports under US GAAP/IFRS/Others;
4. Conduct internal auditing in compliance with HQ requirements in foreign invested co.;
5. Conduct internal review of accounting records in compliance with PRC laws in foreign invested co.;
6. Conduct financial due diligence;
7. Assist on implementation and improvement of internal management to fulfill daily operations in foreign invested co.;

Requirement
1. Fluency in both written and spoken English and strong PC skills;
2. University degree in accounting or finance, qualified accountant, CPA preferred;
3. At less 2 years accounting experiences in foreign co. or international accounting firm in China or abroad an advantage;
4. Independent, self-motivated, mature and well organized, able to manage and implement tax and accounting issues of foreign invested enterprises in Guangdong province;
5. A good understanding of cost accounting and VAT preferred;
6. Outgoing, good communication and team work spirit;
7. Hands-on experience in using ERP SYSTEM preferred.
8. Good knowledge and value experience with tax rebeta system and VAT invoice management
