2、负责与客户/海外代理进行联系，安排货物的进出口事宜；

3、负责接单后货物运输整体流程的运作，包括航空公司的订舱、装箱或发货安排、报关、货物跟踪等；

4、制作，录入运输流程中需要的文件。

5.、负责处理各类突发事件并及时向上级汇报。

职位要求：

1、英文具备听、读、说、写能力，能用英文完成日常工作，能直接与海外代理及外国客户沟通；

2、掌握国际货运知识、国际贸易知识，航空货运知识；

3、有责任心，严谨认真的工作态度；

4、具备分析和解决问题的能力；

5、协作能力、沟通能力、谈判技巧；

6、熟悉计算机的操作及相关软件的应用。

Job Description

1 Handle operation according to agreed SOP to deliver best service to our customers

2 Open file in system accurately and timely

3 Place booking with carrier and handling agents

4 Coordinate between broker and shippers in customs clearance

5 Follow up the instructions of routing orders from overseas

6 Follow overseas agents or sales’ instruction to ensures billing accuracy

7 Answer inquiries & settle problem with overseas office, report and escalate to superior for instructions in regard to tough issues

8 Maintain good relationship with customers

Requirements

1 University degree or above, major in international business, logistics, and English preferably.

2 CET-4 at least and proficiency in English writing and reading.

3 Proficient MS skill: excel, word etc.

4 Can work under pressure
