Job responsibilities：

1.Coordinate tender requests assigned to team members and prepare final version of the tender file for submission, ensure on time delivery of tender files to Bid.

2.Maintain and keep track of daily status report of tender timelines. Timely download/upload tender files from different tender portals to meet customer deadlines.

3. Build a good understanding of different rate compositions, customer requirements and translate learnings into SOP to maintain knowledge center. 

4.Familiarize with ZIM systems and tools, clarify unclear instructions with Bid Owner to achieve SLA.

5.Ensure to have the latest version of SOPs, tools and rate guidelines in place.

6.Monitor and improve pricing input quality, shorten the pricing process time by helping team leader to develop pricing tools to increase efficiency.

7.Monitor team’s daily performance report. Empower pricing team colleagues to excel in their job duties to reach next level in company hierarchy.

8.Establishes good communication with Manager and team, follow the guidelines, complete the assignments, assist peers, coach new staff, share information and report any special case in time in order to achieve the Central Bidding Unit targets.

  

Requirements：

 

1.College diploma or above.

2.3 Years' experience in ocean carrier and/or logistics Industry.

3.Ability to work under time pressure on multiple projects.

4.Must have excellent excel and VBA skills.

5.Experience in managing different customer tender portals.

6.Good team player and self-starter.                                                                                                   

7.Good communication and interpersonal skills with good command over Spoken and Written English.

8.Ability to work across diverse cultures.
