职位描述
Maintain & implement C&B policy & practice
Support to formulating C&B policy to achieve the business plan;
Responsible for Human Resources Budget;
Monthly payroll administration, covering calculation, personnel cost analysis, reporting, and filing;
Implement daily operation in accordance with government regulations and company policy and procedure;
Monitor the policy execution to ensure full legal compliance;
Support on performance appraisal, merit increase, year-end bonus calculation;
Publicize company policy; Staff benefit related affairs
Familiar with local social benefits guideline and policies;
Responsible for company benefits implementation, including but not limited to commercial insurance;
Assist in HR projects;
Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by line manager or the management.
