1、负责实施招聘工作，对简历进行收集过滤、邀约面试等安排，对现有的招聘渠道进行管理及开发更多的渠道；

2、负责员工入职、离职手续的办理，员工劳动合同的签订和管理，员工关系管理；

3、制定并执行公司培训工作，包括内训和外训：新员工入职培训资料的更新、相关培训的前期调查及组织和安排、各部门培训需求调查分析、培训效果评估分析等；

4、完善薪酬绩效制度，协助各部门提取绩效指标并制作绩效考核表，跟踪月度/季度绩效考核并统计绩效结果，分析绩效结果寻找绩效差距，绩效面谈和申诉工作跟进；

5、负责建立和完善公司、各部门行政管理的各项规章制度，贯彻执行并持续优化；

6、负责组织和策划公司各项企业文化活动的展开，负责维护公司企业文化的宣传；

7、负责人事行政部的资料档案归纳整理、管理员工福利；

8、协调好各部门，做好信息的上传下达；

9、负责公司全体员工的行政、后勤保障工作，包括食堂管理、办公室维护、印制名片、订水等事务；

10、各部门的管理、监督，协助经理做好公司各项管理工作.

岗位要求：

1、人力资源管理、行政管理、中文、历史、文秘、汉语言文学及相关文科类专业，大专以上学历；

2、具有责任心，工作细致认真，原则性强，有良好的执行力及职业素养；

3、具有较强的文案编写能力、口头表达能力，极强的亲和力与服务意识，沟通领悟能力和判断决策能力强；

4、熟练使用常用办公软件。
