1、负责公司与政府相关部门建立良好的公共关系、提升政府部门对公司的认知和认可，形成良好的政企关系，建立完善与政府机构沟通机制；

2、负责公司科技项目及人才项目申报策略，如高新技术企业认定申报、创新团队申报、各级人才申报等，包括项目规划、统筹、材料组织和进度把控；

3、深入及时了解政府政策规划、实施细节和相关流程， 准确判断与公司业务发展紧密相关的政策信息并提出相关建议和解决方案； 

4、负责未来对接公司建设工程项目、包括项目执行、验收，与建设施工单位以及政府相关部门的沟通及协调工作；建立与维护政府主管部门、合作伙伴的良好关系。
