  • Design and create subcomponents and assemblies for safety-critical electric motors

  • Carry out analysis of design through calculations, simulation and correlation

  • Support dFMEA activities

  • Deploy relevant design, development and problem-solving tools to achieve “Right First Time” solutions:

  • Support the design cycle from concept to launch

Support motor manufacturers to improve and maintain manufacturability
  • Mechanical/design engineering degree
  • Experience of mechanical design and analysis with a good appreciation of manufacturing technologies
  • Geometrical tolerancing skills                                                                                                                                  
  • Flexibility to adapt in an exciting fast paced working environment

  • Good command of English Language
