担任外饰工程团队与项目，质量，制造等部门对接的统一出口，统筹协调工程团队内部及外部相关资源，推动及确保工程团队按项目节点要求顺利进行各项工作交付。

Acts as key contact between BEX engineering team and program/quality/MFG, Coordinate inner& outer resource to make sure engineering team delivery on time as program timing required.

主要工作内容：

l  组织协调新项目的目标设定，设计评审及相关产品开发工作以满足项目要求，参加并支持项目节点评审会，确保工程按期交付。

Coordinate target setting, design review and related engineering works to meet program timing requirement. Attend & support program milestone review and ensure Engineering deliverable on time.

l  跟踪管控新项目的策略批准，选点进度等工作，按项目节点要求准时保质交付。

Track Strategy & sourcing approval progress to meet program timing.  

l  主持外饰工程团队内部周例会，评审各项目的开发状态，重点交付以及关键问题。

Organize weekly inner review meeting  with BEX Engineering Team to review program development status, key deliverable and significant issues.

l  协调内外资源解决工程开发及投产过程中遇到的问题，以保证项目节点顺利通过。

Coordinate inner&outer resource to slove the issues meet in engineering development & launch process, to make sure the program milestone delivery successfully.

l  建立与福特产品研发，项目，投产团队的定期沟通会议，跟踪外饰工程团队的交付状态和关键问题的推进。

Regular meeting with Ford LVEA, program and launch team to track BEX delivery status and push key issues resolution.

l  代表外饰工程团队参加项目工程开发及投产阶段的关键会议，并输出工程意见。

Represent BEX engineering team to attend key meetings during engineering development and launch, and share the comments from engineering team.

任职要求：

l  学历要求：工程学士或以上；

Education Background: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or above.

l  工作年限：三年以上汽车行业工作或相似经历；

Work Experience: More than 3 years experience on auto industry or similar.

l  外语要求：良好的英语口语及作文能力，持有CET-4级或以上证书

Language Skill: Good  spoken and written English, has a CET-4 certificate or above.

l  专业要求：车辆工程或相关专业。

Professional Requirement: Auto engineering or the related major.

l  良好的学习能力和逻辑思考分析能力。

Good learning capability，logical thinking and analysis capability。

l  具有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力和团队合作精神。

Strong organization, coordination, communication, and team cooperation.

l  熟悉车身外饰产品开发流程及相关设计规范等优先。

Familiar with Body exterior product development process and related design specification will be considered with priority.
