领导质量实验室所有相关任务的现场质量索赔,客户反应等Lead all related task in quality lab in term of field quality claims, customer response etc
协助质量团队样本检验/测试Support quality team for the sample inspection/testing
保修问题分析和跟踪Warranty issue analysis and following

>负责质量部售后市场的客户响应和处理Manage all quality response to related issue from the field
>负责公司共享盘的售后市场相关数据维护和报告Maintain and report the field summary information in the public folder and sharepoint in system
>负责售后件的相关检测和验证,并推动相关部门进行原因调查和措施整改。Responsible for filed returned parts inspection and testing, and push related department for root cause investigation and corrective action.
>负责工厂仪器量具设备的校准统筹规划Responsible for plant instrument measuring instrument calibration plan as a whole
>负责相关产品审核Responsible for product audit
>协助实验室完成必要的检验和测试任务 Cooperate with lab team to fulfill the inspection and testing etc task
>协助必要的质量问题分析等需要的相应的测量和测试 Support the necessary quality problem investigation which need the measurement and testing
>协助质量部其他必要的支持工作 Support to other required task from quality department
Specialized knowledge and skills


1、 具备实验室工作或相关3年以上经验，汽车行业优先；
2、 具备售后件处理的相关经验；
3、 能熟练使用常规的测量设备（示波器、数据程序读取仪）
4、 有车用电机产品工厂工作优先
5、 英语读写熟练并能进行简间的口语沟通
6、 其它技能APQP/ MSA /Drawing/ Calibration knowledge/Visual Projector
