QC Supervisor 

1.      QC Department Management / 质检部管理

-        Recommend, onboard and train inspectors

推荐，培训和和入职新检查员

-        Oversee inspectors’ work, detect problems, recommend and implement solutions

监督检查人员的工作，发现问题，提出并实施解决方案

-        Submit bi-weekly production quality an compliance report to Management

每两周向管理层提交生产和质量合规报告

-        Assign inspectors for specific projects in coordination with Merchandising

与跟单部协调，为具体项目指派检查员

-        Approve QC inspection schedules, OT work, leaves

批准QC检查计划、加班、休假

-        Obtain weekly inspection requirements and quality standards from Merchandising, communicate them to inspectors

从跟单部获得每周检验要求和质量标准，并将其传达给检查员

-        Develop quality control standards and regulations systems

制定质量控制标准和规章制度

-        Ecico internal audit of new factories, assistance to merchandisers in 3rd-party audits

对新工厂进行Ecico内部审核，协助跟单员进行第三方审核

-        Cost saving: plan inspection schedules to achieve optimal productivity against costs

成本节约：计划验货日程安排，以达到***生产力与成本配比

 

2.      Quality Control / 质检

-        Develop deep understanding of product specifications, quality requirements, customer’s quality standards, ensure inspectors’ knowledge of standards and specifications

深入了解产品明细规格、质量要求、客户质量标准，确保检验员了解标准和规范

-        Early detection of quality problems, communication with factory on prevention

早期发现质量问题，与工厂沟通， 有效达到问题的预防和处理

-        Conduct in-line and final inspection for high complexity and high importance orders

对高度复杂和重要的订单进行中期检查和尾查

-        Conduct factory meeting to indicate problems, develop solutions, ensure factory accountability, follow up for solutions

和工厂管理人员开会，指出问题，制定解决方案，确保工厂的责任，跟进问题的解决

-        Seasonal analysis of common production problems

通过与工厂管理层和跟单员的定期会议，对常见生产问题进行季节性分析和

 

3.      Administrative Operations / 行政运作

-        Cooperation with the company’s day-to-day operations

配合公司的日常运营

-        Follow company procedures and management regulations, ensure QC department accountability, provide deliverables within deadlines

遵守公司程序和管理规定，确保质检部的责任，在规定的期限内提供可交付成果

-        Fill bi-weekly QC reporting log, indicate major problems and propose solutions

每两周填写QC报告日志，指出主要问题并提出解决方案
