工作职责：

1.业务应用系统相关运维工作。

Management and administration of Company business system operation. 

2.数据库运营管理和优化。

Database maintenance and optimization.

3.支持数据平台运维支撑系统的建设，通过技术手段、流程制度提升产品稳定、可用性。

Support the construction of data platform operation and related support system. Continuously improve product stability and applicability through technical solutions and relevant procedures.  

4.支持公司数据平台项目的架构优化、容灾优化、性能优化。

Support the optimization of company project structure, disaster recovery and related function.  

5.推进运维自动化，提高运维效率和质量。

Promote DevOps of the Company, to improve efficiency and quality of business operation.

6.公司其它IT/MIS支持工作，包括但不限于办公室IT/MIS支持以及相关技术咨询。

Other IT/MIS supporting tasks include but not limited to, IT/MIS help desk and problem-shooting.

任职要求：

Position Requirement:

职位要求： 

1.5年或以上相关工作经验。熟悉Linux/unix操作系统，精通SHELL编程，熟悉TCP/IP、HTTP等协议，有良好的网络、存储、安全、云计算环境（如AWS/阿里云）的知识。

Familiar with Linux/unix operation system, and proficient in SHELL programming. Familiar with protocols such as TCP/IP and HTTP. With good knowledge in Internet, memory, safety and computer architecture.   

2.良好的sql应用能力；熟悉主流开源软件的配置和优化（如：mysql、redis、nginx等）。

Good knowledge and application experience in sql, and familiar with major oss ( e.g. mysql, redis and nginx ).

3.对Python编程有基本掌握，有运维自动化工具和数据分析平台开发经验优先。

 Basic knowledge in Python, experience in DevOps application and data analysis platform development is highly preferred. 

4.了解、熟悉常用商务智能（BI）软件，如 Tableau / Power BI 等优先。

Knowledge in regular business BI software, such as Tableau/Power BI is highly preferred. 

5.基础扎实，知识面广，热爱技术，学习能力较强。

Sound knowledge in computer science.

6.工作严谨，对企业生产环境的运维有强烈的责任心，有优良的职业操守。

Great sense of responsibility, and high level of integrity and professionalism. 

7.良好的沟通能力以及团队合作精神（包括远程团队协作），能适应偶尔出差。

Good communication skills and great team spirit. Willing to accept occasional business trips.
