Manage and execute projects in close collaboration with the global R&D organization to develop and improve breathable back sheet films that comply with local customer demands and RKWs global product portfolio.

Monitor extrusion technology and raw material trends, facilitate introduction of innovations that promise advantages in quality, output and cost.

3. 通过在厂技术支持与客户培训渠道支援RKW亚太地区印刷底膜的业务增长，帮助客户甄选最优产品

Support the growth of RKWs Asian (printed) back sheet business by offering on-site support and training to our customers, helping them to choose the best product.

4. 对比市场竞争类材料，使用GAP等分析工具识别创求需求和目标导向革新

Compile market studies of competitive materials, use tools such as GAP analysis to identify innovation needs and drive targeted innovation.

5. 辅助本地运营和质量团队进行工艺流程优化，降低报废，提升效率等项目及投诉处理

Assist local operations and QA team with process optimization, scrap reduction, efficiency improvement projects as well as claim handling.

  

岗位要求：

1. 本科或以上学历，聚合物或化学工程专业

Bachelor degree or above in polymer science / chemical engineering.

2. 5 年或以上国际级婴儿纸尿裤品牌技术工作经验

Five years international diaper manufacturing experience in comparable positions / industries

3. 跨文沟通技巧，与国际团队项目合作经验

Intercultural skills, experienced in working with multi-national teams

4. 优秀的中英文口语能力

Native Chinese speaker with proficient English skills

5. 了解行业生产技术，动手能力
