JD:
Responsible communication window to HQ related sourcing business for Quotations, Order Confirmation and Delivery Information.
Management of whole Order Management Process for HQ related sourcing business.
Arrange the production plan according forecast, customer orders and safety stock to fulfill all customer order on promised time.
Plan and manage the material for all products without any negative impact to planned production and considering the inventory targets.
Follow up supplier performance regarding delivery on time rate and initiate necessary actions.
Responsible for maintain and improve Order Management and PMC-related data and processes in the ERP-System (parameters, forecast, functions, MRP, order confirmation, shipments).
Make supplier payment plan based on supplier’s payment terms and company’s cash flow status, and follow up payment status.
Responsible for following & handling EN and ECN materials.
Participate supplier quarterly and yearly assessment provide, and supplier’s delivery and service performance data to purchasing team, and follow up the effect of supplier’s correction plan
Control and reduce the inventory cost. Categorize the materials and set up the safety stock standard, and make safety stock according to the demand. Drive the disposal process for IWD and old stock
Carry out regular warehouse stocktaking, and analyze the stock difference, and make the correction action plan to avoid the stock errors.
Responsible for keeping confidential for the materials prices, lead time and supplier’s information as well as other important data, and not allow transferring or providing such information to third party without permission.
Create, maintain and improve all job-relevant SOP’s.
Propose the training plan and fulfill onsite training to the team member so as to enhance team member’s working skills, team work spirit etc.
Qualify and improve the employees and the organization of the responsible departments according to the required capabilities and capacities.
Plan and follow up the budget for investments and expenses for responsible departments.
Evaluate and adjust the salary of the responsible staff.
Monthly reporting of KPI and specific defined issues to next level management.
Requirement:
Major in business administration and/or technical engineering,
Excellent coordination and communication skills are required.
3 years above of leadership experience for similar tasks and 5 years above of experience in the PMC field including procurement, logistic, warehouse or planning management are required.
Economic and legal knowledge are preferred.
Fluent Chinese and English skills.
Familiar with Windows, Office and Internet, Understand the related operation in ERP, SAP or similar systems.
