Job Summary:

    

I am a key part of the team, my main duties are to ensure supplier sites get audited on time, and that the non-compliance information are flagged to relevant specialists so they can follow up on the issues to ensure factories meet Tesco’s ethical requirements, in order to protect our Tesco brand. 

Accountabilities:

• Liaise with audit firms and TS RS specialists to arrange ethical audits
• Produce weekly ethical reports to track factories' non-compliances and ethical status
• Work on systems (Sedex, E-Portal, TS reporting systems, etc.) to update supplier and factory's approval/inactivation status according to NC correction/audit completion status and factory approval/inactivation status
• Answer queries from colleagues from other functions on supplier/factory's ethical status
• Support ad-hoc requests (e.g. checking system for PO info in case of super critical issues like child labour, slavery labour; check factory record in case of news reporting of poor ethical stories) to ensure the program function effectively
• Liaise with suppliers to arrange audit bookings for full audits and NC correction verifications
• Answer queries from suppliers to help them understand our ethical audit logistics and admin requirements

                                

Key Requirements:

• At least 2 years related working experiences in multi national companies
• Professional written English and workable oral English
• A good team player with initiative
• Detail oriented and well organized
• Good command of Microsoft Office
