Job Description:Be a trusted advisor owning and solving customers' technical issues。Provide proactive technical assistance to high-profile customers on TippingPoint products。Reproduce troubleshoot and perform advanced problem analysis on diverse technical issues。Escalate technical issues using TippingPoint methodologies and effectively interact with other TippingPoint teams globally to provide holistic solutions。Contribute to our knowledge base, publishing quality articles/videos to be used by customers and peers。Promote a positive team environment by assisting team members to enhance the professional development of everyone within the organization。Keep up to date with the ever evolving threat landscape and internet security。Maintain and expand working knowledge of current and beta (non-released) TippingPoint products as well as their integration and methods of support delivery。Occasional travel to customer sites may be required。

Experience &skillRequires 3-5 years of complex troubleshooting and experience in a multi-protocol (TCP/IP) routed network environment including LANs/WANs, Active Directory, Network architecture, TCP/IP, IIS and firewalls。In-depth knowledge of network routing protocols and Internet troubleshooting techniques (Routers, Switches, VPN, etc.) In-depth knowledge of information security products and technologies (Intrusion Detection/Prevention, Firewall, Advanced Threat, etc.) In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux based sniffers (Wireshark, TCPDump) Related industry certification (CCNA/CCNP;WCNA;CISSP;SSCP;CEH) a significant advantage。Requires 3-5 years’ knowledge in Microsoft Windows and/or Linux (RedHat, CentOS, etc.) Operating Systems。Basic knowledge in malware and vmware solution.Advanced proficiency with case management databases and tools。Phone and remote support experience。Ability to solve and document solutions for use by customers and colleagues。 Strong verbal/written communication skills。?

维护和扩展当前和beta (未正式发布)的Tipping Point产品的知识库以便整合和传播。

经验和技能：

1. 需要3 - 5年的IT经验和需要有(TCP / IP)路由网络环境包括LANs/WANs, Active Directory, Network architecture, TCP / IP,IIS和防火墙经验。

2. 深入了解网络路由协议和网络故障诊断技术(路由器、交换机、VPN等)。

3. 深入的信息安全产品和技术知识(入侵检测/防御、防火墙、进阶威胁,等等)。

4. 深入了解基于Windows和Linux的 嗅探器（based sniffers） (Wire shark TCP Dump)

5. 优先考虑拥有相关行业认证(CCNA / CCNP;WCNA CISSP;SSCP;)。

6. 需要有3 - 5年的Microsoft Windows或Linux(Red Hat , Cent OS 等等)操作系统经验。

7. 对恶意软件和虚拟机的解决方案有基本的认知。

8. 对Case management数据库和工具有深入的了解。

9. 有电话和远程支持经验。

10. 有能力提供解决方法和书面解决方案给用户和同事

11. 强大的口头/书面沟通能力。
