1. Responsible for suppliers product manufacture and quality control. Ensure all products meet customer and related law requirement.

2. Responsible for suppliers daily production quality & production management. Find and prevent the quality issues ahead, discuss the root cause with supplier and provide correction action plan.

3. Support team for new product development and sample quality.

4. Responsible for factory quality system audit and work condition safety audit.

1. 负责供应商产品生产和质量控制，保证生产符合客人和相关法律法规的要求。

2. 负责供应商的日常生产品质和生产管理，及时发现和预防质量异常事故的发生，与供应商一起分析讨论根本原因，并制定相应的纠正预防措施。

3. 协助部门新产品开发和质量把控。

4. 负责工厂质量体系和社会责任审核工作。

任职资格

1. With college degree or the above.

2. Good language skill in English reading and writing. Need CET 4, or other certificate above.

3. Good communication skills and strong team cooperation mindset.

4. Like work on site, with problem analysis and solve skills.

5. Better to have factory management experience, with continuous improvement experience.

1. 年龄21-25岁左右，大专或以上学历，一年左右工作经验，优秀应届毕业生尤佳；

2. 良好的英语读写能力，需持有CET4或以上证书；

3. 良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识；

4. 热爱现场工作，具有良好的问题分析与解决能力。

5. 有工厂现场管理，持续改善工作经验者优先。
