JOB DESCRIPTION

    

1. Prodicts and Determine all resources required, such as production equipment, infrastructures, floor space required, material flow and assembly workforce for different products and implementation of planning variants.

    

2. Assist in calculating total manufacturing cost and decision-making concerning cost effectiveness of projects,

    

3. Set up STD time, issue the time element and summary of STD time and Headcount for each specific model according to demand

    

4. Analysis, optimizes the process, balance production line, focus on continual improvement of efficiency and quality by Lean manufactory and stream line concept

    

5.  Design plant layout and line set up

    

6. Set up CT, machine capacity, run rate for all process by standard method

    

7. Work with ME/PE together continually improve productivity and utility of work floor area

    

    

    

  QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE

    

1. Bachelor or above degree in Engineering or a related field;

    

2. 5+ year IE experience with layout/line balance/cost down and lean manufacturing, etc. Knowledge and CAD skill

    

3. Experience in Manufacture engineer analysis, plan layout design, able to evaluate equipment and each production line capacity

    

4. International factory working background, magnetic industry experience is a plus. Ability to cooperate internally and externally with partners such as colleagues worldwide.

    

5. Proficient in communicating in English, both writing and speaking

    

6. Highly motivated, creative team player, able to work under high pressure and open-minded
