Main Responsibilities:

1, Plan and implement Middle Market sales and profit objectives .

• Maintaining and developing business in West South China Area.
• Developing specific, written action plan for every customer taking into account Key Accounts and guided by "the Buckman Way" in close cooperation and coordination with Area Managers.
• Identifying, establishing and developing new accounts and business opportunities from existing and prospective accounts.
• Continuing to service and expand our sales positions in all key accounts profitably.
• Ensuring the right target accounts have been selected; that the right (most profitable) target product / applications are being offered; that 80% of time is spent on target accounts and sales.

2, Assist in the establishment of sales and profit objectives to meet Area requirements.

• Working with Area Manager in forecasting and developing annual sales quota within the territory.
• Projecting expected sales volume and profits from Key Accounts.
• Providing the relevant reports to Area Manager for marketing planning.
• Accurately projecting current and future potential / opportunities
• Working with Technical Team to explore GAPs and fulfill customer's needs.

3, Service existing accounts, obtains orders, collect money, develop new accounts, establishing and maintaining relationships with key accounts.

• Presenting knowledge, technique , experience and capability to the customers.
• Planning and organizing daily work schedule.
• Planning personal visits. Conducting on-site surveys. Perform on-site lab tests and trials. Providing technical service and support.
• Preparing proposals and/or technical reports to Customers. Entertaining as needed in accordance with Buckman guidelines.
• Accompanying others as directed and/or needed.
• Following and achieving the Sales & Profit Plan

Requirement:

• College Graduate or Bachelor Degree.
• Major in Water Utilization, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, Chemistry or Biochemistry.
• At least 5 years experience in water treatment industry.
• Good communicaton skill.
• Basic English.
